Job Description
The candidate should have 5+ years of post qualification experience in IP litigation department of a law firm. The candidate should be well versed with court procedures and IP litigation and should be able to attend court hearings independently. Excellent communication skills are required.
Educational qualifications: Law graduates from reputed university. LLM preferred.
