Breaking News: Patent Linkage Killed by Delhi High Court and Bayer Fined

In a judgment handed down today by Justice Ravindra Bhat, the Delhi High Court dismissed a writ petition filed by Bayer seeking to institute a drug patent linkage mechanism through the backdoor. Government of India accepts the conclusions of the Mashelkar Committee Report

The IE has recently reported that the Government of India has finally accepted the recommendations of the Technical Expert Group on Patent Law a.k.a.
