Bombay HC: Publication of Examination Report on website is not Communication

The Bombay High Court recently held that mere publication of examination report /letter on the website (of Registry of Trademarks) shall not constitute as communication to the applicant for trademark registration. The writ petitions were filed by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).
