USPTO Rejects Gilead’s Patents Covering Key HIV Drugs
In March 2007, PUBPAT (Public Patent Foundation) filed formal requests with the United States Patent and Trademark Office challenging four key HIV/AIDS drug patents held by Gilead Sciences, Inc.
