This is by way of a quick reminder to let you know of the bunch of IP-related events you can be attending across India over the next few weeks, wherever you are —
October 2010
If you’re in Chennai or Kolkata later this month, you may want to drop by the INTA seminar on trademark strategies, details of which you can read here.
The Chennai seminar takes place on October 29, with a team of speakers guaranteed to stir up some interesting discussion. Don’t worry if you miss the Chennai edition — a similar seminar will be organised in Kolkata the following day, i.e., October 30.
November 2010
If you’re interested in IP in industry, and are in Mumbai in November, you may want to attend the Intellectual Property Conclave 2010 being organised by CCH India (Wolters Kluwer) and Fidus Law Chambers, on November 12, which you can read more about here.
And later in November, if you’re in Kolkata again, you may possibly want to attend the two day workshop on Innovation, Creativity and IP Policy, which will be happening at NUJS on 19-20 November, details of which can be read here.

Do note that you should be able to access all of these and other events that we will be writing about in the days to come on our Events Calendar, available on our IP events page.
If you look carefully on the homepage of the blog, right under the top SpicyIP banner, you will spot a tab indicating the IP Events page, which you can access directly here.
Events should pop up on the relevant dates in green, and if you click on the date, you should be able to see an overview of the event (as provided by the organisers), location and date details, and a weblink where you can obtain more information.

- If anyone organising an IP-related event (e.g., conference, seminar, workshop, lecture, etc.) wants to share this information with our readers, please do send an email to one of the team bloggers, and we shall take it from there.
- (Please do not post event details as a comment to one of our posts).
- Please do also provide details of whatever information you require posted, including an overview of the event, registration and contact details, a weblink, if available, and the like.
