Earlier on the 13th of April, 2010 the pertinent part of the Supreme Court Order read as follows:
The parties are in agreement that the matter may be adjourned to August 3, 2010, and on that date it may be heard for final disposal.
The pertinent part of the Supreme Court Order on the 3rd of August, 2010 reads as follows:
Dr. A.M. Singhvi makes a prayer for adjournment with the consent of Mr. Shanti Bhushan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The parties are in agreement that this case may be fixed on a non-miscellaneous day in the week commencing November 29, 2010.
