This advanced course has been providing the dual benefits of learning Competition Law & IPR challenges faced by Corporations when they expand in an organic or non-organic manner into new territories, markets and products. An additional Module on “Essential Patents” will be available from this session onwards.

Course Coverage: Patents and International Filing System, Trademark, Copyright, Design, Geographical Indication, Biodiversity, International Arrangements, IPR Enforcement, Infringement and Remedies.
Objective of the Course: The objective of the Course is to increase and enhance knowledge about IPR among Students, Professionals, Lawyers and Entrepreneurs.
