Ever filed a patent application and have a rejection issued without any explanations? With the recent IPAB order, hopefully we won’t be having more of that anymore. National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning- India’s Contribution to the Open Education Movement

The National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning (“NPTEL”) is an initiative led by seven IIT’s and IISc, and funded by the Government of India. The website provides access to web and video-based courses in Engineering, Science and Humanities, taught by the professors of these eminent universities. There are currently more than 1,000 courses being offered on the website. GIPC IP Index: India ranked last

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Global Intellectual Property Centre recently released the latest ‘International IP Index’. As per this report, India has been placed last in terms of protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property practices out of 25 countries. India scored only 6.95 points out of 30. Moving past some starting trouble

As we get more cozy with our new website, we’ve recently discovered that there were still a few issues with parts of it.
